WALL SYSTEMS

Acrow Coreform System

The Acrow Coreform System has been developed to provide a climbing, self-supporting formwork system for the forming of lift and stairwell cores, producing a flush finish concrete surface with no surface steps. Coreform is quick and easy in initial assembly, and to strip and move from pour to pour.

The Acrow Coreform System is compatible with the Acrowall Panel Systems, and a full range of ancillary equipment is available to provide upper level platforms.

Acrow Slim-Lite Soldier System
With the versatility of use as a soldier, vertical shore, raking shore or beam, Acrow’s Slim-Lite Soldier System is an economical and effective answer to crane handled formwork requirements.

A range of accessories allows the soldiers to be used for single lift, full height or jump form, for either single- or double-faced formwork applications. The Acrow Slim-Lite Soldier System is equally useful for the construction of circular walls, and can also be used in the construction of heavy-duty shoring, overhead protection structures and platforms.

Made from high yield steel, Acrow Slim-Lite Soldiers are available in a variety of sizes to suit different applications, and are compact, light, easy to handle, and ideal for confined spaces.

Acrow Slim-Max Soldier System
The Acrow Slim-Max Soldier System is a versatile, galvanised steel soldier with the capability of being used as a soldier, vertical shore, raking shore and turnbuckle or as a beam.

The high strength of the Acrow Slim-Max Soldier makes it ideal for large crane handled formwork shutters with accessories to enable a range of types of walers to be attached to it. The soldier can be used for single lift, full height or jump forms for single- or double-face formwork arrangements.

The Slim-Max Soldier can also be used in the construction of heavy-duty shoring, overhead protection structures and platforms or simply as a high strength beam.

ACROWALL-60
Ideally suited to commercial and light civil applications

Acrowall-60 is a robust and versatile, galvanised steel frame panel system with a 14mm plywood face. Weighing less than 30kg/m2, 2700mm x 750mm panels may be manually handled or built into a large crane handled assembly for fast movement of formwork. Available in a range of sizes and with an extensive range of accessories, the Acrowall-60 panel formwork system can meet an array of configurations for your construction project.

The inbuilt strength in the design of the Acrowall-60 system makes the assembly simple with a minimum of components. The aligning clamp locks the panels rigidly together and accurately in line. Shutter assemblies stay free of twist when being crane handled.

Acrowall-60 has a maximum permissible concrete pressure of 60kPa for single panel height form arrangements up to 2.7m or 55kPa for height extended form arrangements.

ACROWALL-80
Built in accordance to AS3610 guaranteed class 3 finish

Ideally suited to the heavy civil sector – based on the standard European system of the 300 mm grid panel Acrowall-80 wall forming system offers 100% compatibility with some widely used existing European systems whilst offering higher panel strength and durability.

Acrowall-80 is a robust and versatile, powder coated steel frame panel with an 18mm plywood face. Available in a range of sizes and with an extensive range of accessories, the Acrowall-80 panel formwork system can meet an array of configurations for your construction project.

The built in-strength in the design of the Acrowall-80 system makes the assembly simple with a minimum of components. The aligning wedge clamps lock the panels rigidly together and accurately in line. Shutter assembly stay free of twist when being crane handled.

Acrowall-80 has a maximum permissible concrete pressure of 80kPa for single panel height form arrangements up to 3.3m – maximum wall heights up to 13.5m

ENKOFORM VMK

The ENKOFORM VMK formwork system is based on the MK System.

This extraordinarily flexible and versatile wall and column formwork is highly efficient and provides an excellent concrete finish for any vertical structure in building construction and civil works: walls, piers, abutments, columns, etc.

The panels are pre-assembled, consisting of MK walers and timber beams as board support.

ORMA Formwork

ORMA Modular Formwork system is a heavy duty and versatile vertical formwork system that offers solutions to many vertical structures such as walls, columns, piers, abutments and foundations in both building and civil engineering projects.

ORMA effectively contributes to minimising labour costs and assembling times, increasing performance considerably. The system comprises mainly of panels that are joined by clamps which make up formwork gangs. The ORMA Modular formwork system has accessories that efficiently and safely provide solutions for all types of geometries.

Main features:

This system is designed to withstand high concrete pressures and is certified by the German organisation GSV according to established guidelines and requirements.

Maximum concrete pressure:
3.3 m range: 80 kN/sqm
2.7 m range: 74 kN/sqm

Pouring concrete:
For pouring height < 3.3 m or = 3.3m, only 2 ties are necessary.

SMK - Single Sided Formwork System

The SMK system is a single-sided formwork solution with a truss structure consisting of MK Walers. A distinctive aspect of this system is that it is flexible enough to consider access solutions on site, particularly important for tunnel projects. This system has a maximum height restriction of 10.5 m. There are several truss types depending on the required formwork height. There are different SMK frame sizes to accommodate differing wall heights:

System Advantages:

Acrow Single Sided A-Frames

The Acrow Single Sided A -Frames are a modular vertical stacking system for pour heights up to 8.10m. By combining the Top Frame 4.50m and attachable Mid Frame 1.50m and Bottom Frame 2.00m, the system is adaptable for pour heights from 3.00m up to 8.10m. Pre-mounted stacking plates on all frames, allow for quick & efficient vertical stacking.

 This system is suitable for both conventional and panel formwork with tensile forces that are distributed by means of diagonal anchors.

 The frames are installed with lifting brackets, allowing these to be crane lifted into position and connected to the bracing with ready-mounted couplers.

 During storage and transportation, integral spacers make up an anti-sliding feature when frames are stacked.

 

SOFFIT SYSTEMS

Acrow Supercuplok Scaffolding System
The Acrow SuperCuplok Scaffolding System is a heavy duty and high load capacity scaffold and shoring system designed and developed by Acrow, with all the versatility and benefits of the Cuplok system. The high load capacity and proven SuperCuplok system has been successfully serving the Australian construction industry since 1997.

With a leg load capacity of up to 75 kN, the SuperCuplok system is ideal for heavy-duty civil and commercial construction or high-rise scaffolding and loading bays.

Acrow V-Shore System

The Acrow V-Shore System is a simple three component system which uses frames, braces and jacks and offers the benefits of saving costs on inventory, improved productivity and design versatility.

Acrow V-Shore design involves large grids and offers flexibility of support arrangements. These, in turn, make it easier for the engineer to increase or decrease frame grid positions relative to the concrete thickness to be supported. Acrow V-Shore also offers a shoring capability with an infinite height adjustment and working load-carrying capacity of up to 35.1kN per leg, in accordance with AS3610.

It is the ideal system for civil engineering projects such as the construction of highway bridges or the laying of heavy slabs or beams.

Acrowform
AcrowForm is a modular formwork soffit system using only two major components to form large areas of slab soffit in very quick time.

Ancillary components are available to cater for the small make-up areas encountered on most projects such as columns and perimeter walls. The system adapts to these areas with complete simplicity. Quick to erect and dismantle, AcrowForm’s lightweight and durable aluminium panel system allows for the handling and placing of panels by one person resulting in speed of job delivery and labour cost reduction – the fundamental advantage of using AcrowForm.

CC-4 Panel/Ply

CC-4 is a recoverable horizontal formwork system for both solid and lightened slabs, resulting in a superior concrete finish. This system allows for quick erection and dismantling times due to its aluminium structure and because it is a fast striking system. This ensures the highest safety standards for formwork assemblers.

There are two shuttering types available: with panel (aluminium frame with incorporated board) or with standard plywood.

CC-4 PANEL System

  1. Ideal for large slabs in building construction, with regular geometry and spans between columns, and high demands for finishing quality.
  2. Consists of Dropheads CC, Beams CC, Transversals CC TE and Panels CC – panels make up the biggest part of the form face.
  3. Repercussion of 0.29 props/m2, with the basic grid size of 2.32 x 1.5m.

CC-4 PLY System

  1. Designed for slabs adaptable to any kind of geometry and high demands on finishing quality required.
  2. The system consists of Dropheads CCT, Beams CC, Transversals CC TR and plywood.
  3. Plywood is laid to create the shuttering face.
  4. Highly versatile system.

System Advantages:

  • Lightweight – all components <15kg.
  • Quick strike drophead enables faster cycle times.
  • Stripping and material retrieval can be completed safely without the risk of falls.
  • High assembly efficiency – allows for the assembly of the grid before placing panels or plywood.
  • The formwork face provides superior concrete finishing.
  • A versatile and flexible system allows a change in beam direction and 90 degree assembly is possible.
  • Efficient solutions for infills on column and wall, perimeter protection and safety.

Enkoflex

ENKOFLEX is a horizontal formwork system designed for the construction of any slab type, whether solid or lightened. The independent beams provide great versatility. It’s adjustable to irregular geometries and to other formwork systems for concrete pouring solutions.

System Advantages:

  • Easy and quick to erect.
  • Few items: timber beams, heads, plywood and shoring system.
  • Fulfils highest concrete finishing requirements.
  • No concrete leaking.
  • Great versatility for different slabs and heights depending on beams, grid and shoring system used.
  • Possible to support with prop or shoring, depending on height.
  • VM 20 timber beams: Cap protected edges against wear and tear and humidity.

VR Table

The VR Table system has been designed to be used for both solid and lightened slabs. This pre-assembled slab formwork system is typically used in building construction with demanding requirements in terms of performance, safety and finishes.

 

System Advantages:

  • Movable from one place to another without dismantling, thus minimising possible risks during assembly and dismantling.
  • Great efficiency due to quick formwork erection, stripping and material movement requiring less labour.
  • Stripping or transferring the tables can be done without prop removal.
  • Easy installation with specific dimensions and levelling requirements of the VR Tables (few props required).
  • Flexible system:
    1. Tables with pre-defined dimensions or special solutions, depending on requirements.
    2. Construction of drop beams, column heads and other geometries in slabs.
    3. Table support with EP props, ALUPROPs or shoring systems possible.
    4. Easy and safe solution of cantilevers, due to the specific prop arrangement.
    5. Easy infills (plywood rests on beams projecting from tables).

    1. Lifting and placing of tables with attached handrails – safe solution with VR Table perimeter formwork.

Acrow Prop
The original Acrow Prop was the first prop in the world, revolutionising construction. It’s simple and innovative design, manufactured from high yield steel to Acrow’s specifications, permits versatility across a multitude of uses, including falsework support, as raking shores, and as temporary support.

Acrow Props are fast to erect in three simple steps, and are able to be handled by a single person, ensuring reliable and economical formwork and scaffolding applications.

Acrow Props are available in five sizes covering a range from 1050mm to 4900mm with axial compression working load limits ranging from 7kN to 42.5kN.

Acrow GASS
Acrow GASS medium to heavy duty Aluminium Shoring System is a lightweight shoring system that provides a fast, efficient and versatile falsework structure with the benefit of providing load capacity up to 140kN.

Acrow Aluminium GASS Prop
The Aluminium GASS Prop is a versatile aluminium prop that is easy to erect in two simple steps and is able to be handled by a single person ensuring a reliable and economical formwork system.

The Acrow Aluminium GASS Prop is manufactured using high strength aluminium with leg loads up to 130kN unbraced which permits versatility across multiple uses including falsework support and backpropping.

Aluprop

The ALUPROP system consists of aluminium props and bracing frames designed for the shoring of horizontal (i.e. slab) formwork. The ALUPROP system can be used as an independent propping system or combined with bracing frames to form shoring towers.

The versatility of these aluminium props offers many project applications.

  • Lightweight aluminium prop.
  • Long durability ensured.
  • High load-bearing capacity.
  • Inner tube is protected against unintentional disengagement to assure it cannot slide out of the outer tube.
  • Easy and quick length adjustment.

  • The possibility of installing working platforms eases the erection of shoring structures and the handling and placing of the formwork at the top of the structure.
  • Shoring structures can be assembled in horizontal positions on the ground and subsequent lifting and placing with a crane.

  • The ALUPROP system props and supports tower formations.
  • The maximum height of a single prop without bracing is 6m; a 1m supplement can be connected to reach 7m, hence the ALUPROP system suits the assembly of very high shorings.
EP Certified Steel Prop

The EP – Certified Steel Prop system is designed for the shoring of slab formwork and other diverse applications on site. Certified product according to European standard EN-1065.

  • Captive inner tube, pin and nut.
  • Prop with open thread, slots in the threaded part and self-cleaning thread.
  • Full protection for workers’ hands when handling the inner tube.

Acrow Powershore 30

Heavy-duty high load application

Acrow Powershore 30 is a high load shoring system that provides a fast, efficient and versatile falsework structure. The simplicity of the coupling of strong vertical Standards joined together by truss type horizontal bracing frames enables towers to be easily and safely erected.

Corner braces are attached at apposing corners and alternated between each level to maintain squareness and rigidity during crane handling of the tower throughout its height. Adjustable bases at the bottom of the tower and adjustable bases with U-head attachments at the top of the tower provide infinite height adjustment.

The built in strength of each individual galvanised component contributes to construction of a support tower capable of supporting a leg loads in excess of 300kN based on tower and bracing frame configuration.

Acrow Powershore 150

The Acrow Powershore 150 is a heavy-duty high load propping and shoring system designed to withstand up to 150 tonne shoring loads per vertical member. The flexible Acrow Powershore 150 is primarily used to create temporary stand-alone frames and raking strut structures for the mining, infrastructure, and commercial industries.
The heavy-duty system is also more versatile for propping high structures as the tower takes large lateral forces. The Powershore 150 components can also be used as a horizontal beam, removing the need to use steel beams. The built-in strength of each individual Powershore 150 galvanised component contributes to construction of a support tower capable of supporting loads in excess of 6000kN.

MK Shoring

MK Shoring systems are structures designed for load support in civil engineering applications. These systems consist of standard MK beams (walers).

The module sizes in top view are: 0.75m, 1m, 1.5m, 2m, 2.5m and 3 m (in all combinations).

They are designed for the construction of inclined walls with working platforms in a horizontal position fulfilling all safety requirements.

The CVS – Cantilever Form Carrier system is suitable for the construction of bridge decks and bridge arches with large spans or where the ground shoring is complex. KSP Internal Shaft Platform

The KSP Internal Shaft Platform system is used for lift and staircase shafts, hollow piers and other types of gaps where it is necessary to support formwork panels. This system is typically combined with conventional climbing systems on the outside of the wall. The KSP system consists mainly of MK walers and gravity pawl brackets.

Main features:

  1. 250 mm maximum stripping distance at each side of the bracket (in intervals of 50 mm).
  2. Installation of Cone Recovery Platform possible.
  3. Different anchorage systems possible: to the wall, with GP box-outs or climbing rings.

 System Advantages:

  • Covers any distance with completely standard and modular material, mainly walers and timber beams.
  • Versatile gravity pawl bracket adaptable to all waler types and different lengths.
  • Easy adjustment of all kinds of formwork.

 

Applications and Solutions:

Two solutions depending on anchor type:

  • Gravity pawl bracket with GP Box-Out: used in Civil Engineering projects, in solutions for hollow piers and gaps between walls. The bracket rests on the bottom side of the cavity made while pouring the previous stage.
  • Folding bracket with adjustable bracket: commonly used in building construction, especially for fair-faced concrete walls. No holes are required in the wall. The adjustable bracket rests on the folding bracket, fixed to the wall with DW15 cone.

RKS Climbing System

The RKS Rail Climbing System enables the panel climbing to occur without separating the structure from the wall. This guiding system makes the lifting operations safe under any weather conditions. The lifting of the entire structure is done by crane with the option of incorporating a hydraulic system for lifting without the use of a crane.

Main features:

  1. Hydraulic lifting of the entire structure and optional crane lifting.
  2. Adjustable to different pouring heights, standard range from 2.7 to 5 m.
  3. Working load of the hydraulic cylinder: 50 kN.

CS240L Climbing Bracket System

The Acrow CS240L Climbing Bracket System is a robust crane handled climbing formwork system with built-in access platforms and features a retractable formwork support carriage to enable easy stripping of the form face from the concrete. Vertical alignment of the formwork is achieved by turnbuckles to ensure perfect alignment. Once the third pour is reached a trailing platform is connected to allow access to anchors in the previous pour.
