Acrow Adjustable Loading Platform

The Acrow Adjustable Loading Platform is an innovative solution for construction sites, designed to adjust in width to meet various project needs.
The efficient and safe loading bay allows building supplies to be delivered by crane to multiple floors. It folds flat and can be dismantled for easy transport, fitting onto a single truck.

The Acrow Adjustable Loading Platform supports a maximum load of 5000kg.

• Customisable width: Loading Platform can be adjusted in width from 2200mm to 4200mm (in 100mm increments), making the Loading Platform adaptable for various project requirements and enhancing flexibility on site.
• Safety: Loading platform ramp creates a smooth transition from bay to slab structure. The platform is fitted with anti-slip galvanized checker plates, providing safe foot traffic.
• Efficiency: Loading platform is delivered to site as a complete unit with minimal assembly only requiring props, side panels, and rails to be lifted and pinned into place.
• Simplicity of use: Pull and twist pin mechanism and high quality rollers enables the bay to be operated by one person.
• Easy installation: Pre-fitted with adjustable props for fast installation, compatible with the Ringlok system, with height adjustments from 2300 to 3600mm. Alternativly it can be secured to the slab with tie bars, streamlining the setup process and saving time and labour.
• High load capacity: Capable of handling loads up to 5000kg, ensuring efficient delivery of building supplies to multiple floors.
  Compact & transportable: The Loading Platform folds flat and can be dismantled for transport, fitting onto a single truck optimising transport logistics.
• Advertisting panels: Standard or large display panels for client branding. Mesh panels also available for airflow and visibility. Optional top screen mesh panels for added safety.
